Equipped with a 710KW high power, the EC cavity type (maximum feed size of 370mm) is used for coarse crushing of large ore, such as open-pit iron mines; the C cavity type (330mm) controls the particle size in the intermediate crushing stage, suitable for aggregate in large-scale projects; the MC cavity type (260mm) ensures uniform product particle size and is used for high-quality manufactured sand; the M cavity type (195mm) produces fine products, such as quartz sand for glass; the F cavity type (120mm) produces special ultra-fine materials to meet the needs of high-end manufacturing.
In the EC cavity type, when the discharge port is 6mm, the production capacity is 560 - 1275t/h, and when it reaches 70mm, it can reach 910 - 2100t/h; in the C cavity type, the production capacity is 570 - 1350t/h at 6mm and increases with the increase of the discharge port. Each cavity type has a unique curve, allowing operators to adjust the discharge port according to the task to balance production volume and quality.
