For raw materials: limestone and bluestone. The equipment configuration is as follows:
Vibrating feeder: The feeding port size and feeding speed can meet the feeding requirements of the production line to ensure a stable supply of raw materials.
Jaw crusher: The inlet size is large and can handle large pieces of limestone and bluestone. It has strong coarse crushing ability and can process hundreds of tons of materials per hour to provide an appropriate feeding particle size for the GPY650S cone crusher.
Cone crusher: The GPY650S cone crusher is the core equipment for medium crushing. According to the characteristics of raw materials and the requirements of finished product particle size, adjust the discharge port size so that its hourly output is stable at about 500 tons and effectively crushes limestone and bluestone.
Circular vibrating screen: It can finely screen the materials produced by the cone crusher and screen out stones of different specifications, such as 0-5mm sand, 5-10mm, 12mm, 13mm stones, etc. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
