This stone crushing plant is upgrading into an eco-friendly production line after 6-year using.
Although there are only several sets of mining equipment adopted in this production line the capacity can reach 300 ton per hour. It mainly lies in Dingli’s PCZ 1512 heavy hammer crusher with the hourly capacity of 320 ton.

Based on the crushing mechanics principle, the GPY800S, with its unique crushing cone motion trajectory and chamber design, enables the materials in the chamber to fully experience squeezing, impact and grinding. When the closed-side setting (CSS) is set to 76mm, the hourly output is stably between 1925 and 2000 tons. This production capacity far exceeds that of similar equipment and meets the large-scale production needs of large mining enterprises.
In a large iron mine with a daily processing capacity of tens of thousands of tons, the GPY800S, as the core equipment in the ultra-coarse crushing stage, can crush large iron ore blocks into a size suitable for subsequent fine grinding by ball mills, improve the efficiency of the beneficiation process, reduce the unit production cost, and contribute to the efficient operation and profitability of the enterprise.
