This 1,000 tons of aggregate production line was put into operation in September 2018, using DLPCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, DLPC1220 plastic hammer crusher, DL3YKZ3070 vibrating screen and other sets of mine production equipment, the introduction of a complete set of mine intelligent management system.

This 500tph stone production line configured by Xinxiang Dingli in Pingliang Gansu mainly adopts PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher with hourly capacity of 4200-500 ton ZG2038 vibrating feeder and several sets of our efficient vibrating screen.

At present, the highest configuration in the industry, when the output reached 3000 tons, is the highest configuration of the production line in the industry, less power consumption, the production of sand and stone aggregate particle shape, particle size, grading, stone powder content can be adjusted and controlled, the proportion of fine stone accounted for more than 2/3.
