1. Transmission System Operation: The motor outputs power and drives the pulley to rotate through the V - belt. The pulley then transmits power to the eccentric sleeve through the bevel gear, and the eccentric sleeve starts to rotate after obtaining power.
2. Eccentric Motion for Crushing: The lower part of the vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. As the eccentric sleeve rotates, the vertical shaft will draw a conical surface. At this time, the moving cone connected to the vertical shaft will also make a uniform pendulum motion around the center line of the fixed cone. When the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, the materials between them are subjected to strong extrusion force, and the ore is gradually crushed.
3. Uniform Material Distribution: After the ore enters the crusher from the feed inlet, it will fall on the distribution plate installed at the upper end of the vertical shaft.
