At present, the highest configuration in the industry, when the output reached 3000 tons, is the highest configuration of the production line in the industry, less power consumption, the production of sand and stone aggregate particle shape, particle size, grading, stone powder content can be adjusted and controlled, the proportion of fine stone accounted for more than 2/3.
Although there are only several sets of mining equipment adopted in this production line the capacity can reach 300 ton per hour. It mainly lies in Dingli’s PCZ 1512 heavy hammer crusher with the hourly capacity of 320 ton.

The 200t/h stone production line configuration is PCZ1510 heavy hammer crusher ZG0938 vibrating feeder 2YK1560 vibrating screen*2 sets.
