Before starting the machine every day, check the appearance of the equipment to see if there are any loose, deformed or damaged parts. Check the oil level, oil temperature and whether there is any leakage in the hydraulic system. At the same time, check whether the grease or lubricating oil of the lubrication system is sufficient and whether each lubrication point is supplied with oil normally.
During the operation of the equipment, closely monitor the running sound and vibration. The sound should be smooth and without abnormal noise during normal operation, and the vibration amplitude should be within the allowable range. If there is an abnormal sound or increased vibration, it may be due to worn, loose internal parts or foreign objects entering. The machine should be shut down immediately for inspection.
The hydraulic system needs to replace the hydraulic oil every 3 - 6 months. At the same time, clean the hydraulic oil tank and replace the filter to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil and the stable operation of the system. Check the working performance of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinders and various hydraulic valves to ensure that they operate sensitively and without leakage.
The liners in the crushing chamber are wearing parts. Check their wear regularly according to the production volume and running time. When the liners are worn to a certain extent (e.g., the wear amount exceeds 1/3 of the original thickness), they should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the liners, pay attention to the accuracy and tightness of the installation to ensure the normal operation of the crushing chamber.
For transmission parts, such as belts or couplings, regularly check their tension and wear. Loose or severely worn belts will affect the power transmission efficiency and should be adjusted or replaced in a timely manner. Check whether the coupling is firmly connected and whether there is any looseness or damage.
If there is a decrease in production, first check whether the feeding system is feeding evenly and whether the particle size of the materials meets the requirements. If the feeding is normal, it may be due to the wear of internal parts in the crushing chamber, such as the crushing cone and liners, resulting in poor crushing effect. The worn parts need to be inspected and replaced.
When the equipment has abnormal vibration, first check whether the anchor bolts are loose and whether the foundation is stable. If the foundation is normal, then check whether there are foreign objects in the crushing chamber or whether the eccentric sleeve of the crushing cone is worn unevenly. Repair or replace according to different situations.
For hydraulic system failures, such as insufficient pressure or slow movement of hydraulic cylinders, first check whether there is any leakage of hydraulic oil and whether the hydraulic pump is working normally. If the hydraulic pump is normal, then check whether the hydraulic valves are blocked or damaged. Use professional testing tools and methods to locate and repair the fault points.
