The above picture shows installation and production site of Shiyu Concrete Company in Sichuan. This stone crushing project is independently built by Zhongyu Dingli. The finished sand has full shape. Without dust pollution the production en
As we can see from this production line it is wholly adopted our companys equipment. By using of v-belt between crude and finished material it reduced the rates of adding additional equipment with very smooth production line.

Appearance: Check the machine body for cracks and deformation before startup and after shutdown. Tighten loose connection bolts and record any damages.
Lubrication: Check the lubricating oil level and quality weekly. Replace the oil every 200 - 300 hours if it's dirty or of poor quality. Refill when the level is low.
Discharge Opening: Measure the discharge opening size daily to ensure it's within the specified range. Adjust it according to the manual if abnormal.
Crushing Cone: Inspect the wear of the crushing cone every 500 - 800 hours. Replace it if the wear exceeds the limit. Also, check its installation firmness.
Transmission Parts: Regularly check the belt tension and its aging and cracking. Adjust or replace the belt as needed. Check the wear of drive shafts and bearings and replenish grease every 100 - 150 hours.
Electrical System: Check the motor wiring for looseness, aging, or damage. Clean dust on electrical components. Measure the insulation performance monthly.
Overload: When the overload protection is triggered, stop the machine. Remove foreign objects and control the feeding amount. Restart after troubleshooting.
Abnormal Noise: Stop the machine immediately if there's abnormal noise. Check for loose parts, wear, and lubrication issues. Repair or replace faulty parts.
Record the maintenance time, content, replaced parts, and equipment operation status each time for future maintenance and equipment management.
