The S400B is equipped with four distinct cavity types, namely F, M, C, and EC. Each of these cavity types caters to specific maximum feed particle sizes. The F cavity can handle a maximum feed particle size of 253mm, while the M cavity is capable of taking in materials up to 303mm in size. The C cavity extends this capacity to 334mm, and the EC cavity can accommodate an even larger maximum feed particle size of 425mm. This wide range of cavity options enables the S400B to effectively process a diverse array of raw materials, whether they are moderately sized after initial crushing or present in larger chunks, making it highly adaptable to different production scenarios and feedstock conditions.

II. Precise Control over Discharge Particle Size

When it comes to the discharge of crushed materials, the S400B cone crusher demonstrates excellent control. The minimum discharge opening size varies depending on the cavity type. For the F cavity, it can be set as low as 19mm. The M cavity allows for a minimum size of 25mm, the C cavity can reach 31mm, and the EC cavity has a minimum discharge opening size of 38mm.
