I. Cavity Types and Their Specifications

The SCM400 comes equipped with four distinct cavity types, namely EC, C, M, and F. Each cavity type has its own unique characteristics in terms of the discharge opening range and minimum discharge size.

For the EC cavity, the discharge opening range is set between 30 and 51 mm, with a minimum discharge opening size of 299 mm and a minimum discharge size of 30 mm. The C cavity features a discharge opening range from 25 to 51 mm, a minimum discharge opening size of 252 mm, and a minimum discharge size of 25 mm. The M cavity has a discharge opening range of 20 to 51 mm, a minimum discharge opening size of 198 mm, and a minimum discharge size of 20 mm. The F cavity is designed with a discharge opening range also from 20 to 51 mm, a minimum discharge opening size of 111 mm, and a minimum discharge size of 14 mm. This variety in cavity types allows the crusher to handle different materials and adapt to various production scenarios, providing flexibility for operators to achieve the desired output particle sizes.

II. Processing Capacity

The processing capacity of the SCM400 varies depending on the cavity type. The EC cavity can handle a processing capacity within the range of 325 to 630 tons per hour. The C cavity is capable of processing materials at a rate between 295 and 630 tons per hour. The M cavity has a processing capacity ranging from 275 to 630 tons per hour, and the F cavity can deal with between 225 and 630 tons per hour. This wide range of processing capacities enables the crusher to meet different production demands, whether for medium-sized or larger-scale operations in industries such as mining, construction, and aggregate production.

III. Power and Weight Specifications

The SCM400 is powered by a motor with a maximum installed power of 315 kw, which provides sufficient energy to drive the crushing process efficiently. In terms of weight, excluding the motor, the crusher weighs 23 tons. These specifications contribute to its overall stability and ease of installation in different industrial settings, ensuring reliable operation during the crushing tasks.
