I. Ingenious Working Principle

The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and through gear transmission, the eccentric sleeve is rotated, which in turn drives the movable cone part to perform circular motion, achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of the stone. Its cleverness lies in the precise adjustment of the discharge opening between 20 - 40mm by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the movable cone, allowing operators to conveniently control the product particle size according to actual needs. This flexibility provides strong support for meeting the diverse production requirements of different customers. Moreover, the hydraulic cylinder also has an iron passing protection function.
