Its seen from the pics that with large feed opening the hammer crusher can hold a large quantity of material for once. The protective device can prevent the materials from spillover which improves the capacity of entire production line.
Although there are only several sets of mining equipment adopted in this production line the capacity can reach 300 ton per hour. It mainly lies in Dingli’s PCZ 1512 heavy hammer crusher with the hourly capacity of 320 ton.
The SMH120C multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has remarkable performance parameters. Its maximum feed size can reach 160mm, which makes it possible to handle large-sized ores. The discharge port range is between 22 - 32mm, enabling flexible adjustment of the discharge particle size. The equipped 120kw motor power provides strong driving force for stable and efficient crushing operations.
During the crushing process, the motor drives the transmission shaft and bevel gear, causing the eccentric sleeve to rotate and further driving the crushing cone to perform a swing motion. The material enters the crushing chamber from the upper feed port of the crusher and is repeatedly crushed by extrusion between the crushing wall and the bowl liner. With the movement of the crushing cone, the material is finally discharged from the lower discharge port. This design ensures the effective crushing of hard ores such as granite and river pebbles and can meet the coarse crushing needs in the initial stage of large-scale mining and building stone production.
This model crusher adopts the laminated crushing principle. Through the optimized crushing chamber design and accurate speed matching, the material forms a layer in the crushing chamber and is squeezed and rubbed against each other. This not only improves the crushing ratio, making the product particle size more uniform and the particle shape closer to a cube but also significantly improves the product quality when producing building sand or aggregates, enhancing the performance of building materials such as concrete.
In terms of structure, the SMH120C is reasonably designed. Key components are made of high-strength materials, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment under high-load operation. Its hydraulic system is particularly excellent, with a powerful overload protection function. When an uncrushable foreign object enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system can smoothly release the impact force to protect the main machine from damage. After the foreign object passes, it can quickly restore the discharge port setting, avoiding equipment stalling and ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production.
