Working Principle

When the XHP800 is in operation, it is driven by a powerful 550 - 630kW motor. Through an efficient transmission device, the eccentric sleeve rotates at a high speed. The rotation of the eccentric sleeve makes the crushing cone perform a complex pendulum - like motion. Materials enter the carefully designed crushing chamber from the upper feed inlet and are subjected to strong extrusion, bending, and impact forces between the crushing cone and the mantle. As the crushing cone keeps moving, the materials are gradually crushed, and the smaller particles that meet the particle - size requirements are discharged from the lower discharge outlet.
