At the production site it is seen two sets of crusher are configured in this production line respectively for primary crushing and secondary crushing in order to obtain the finally finished material.
Work Process The large rocks are fed by the vibrating feeder into PCZ1512 heavy hammer crusher in a uniform manner. The crushed stones are then conveyed by the conveyor to 2YKZ2460 vibrating screen for classifying the stone materials in various sizes
Working Principle:The ASD3625 Jaw Crusher operates by an electric motor driving a pulley that rotates the eccentric shaft, causing the movable jaw to move along a predetermined path, thus crushing the material that enters the crushing chamber. The crushed material is then discharged through the outlet under its own weight.
"V" Shaped Crushing Chamber: A new symmetric "V" shaped crushing chamber design ensures that the effective opening dimension equals the nominal opening dimension, enhancing crushing capacity.
Hydraulic Adjustment: The discharge outlet uses a hydraulic wedge adjustment system, making operation simpler.
