This crusher can handle feed sizes up to 450 mm and is suitable for processing various hardnesses of stone and rock with compressive strength not exceeding 350 MPa.

The CGE-100 Jaw Crusher has a production capacity of 54 to 150 tons per hour and is equipped with a 75 kW motor, ensuring efficient and stable operation. Its unique deep-cavity design allows for a larger processing volume compared to conventional jaw crushers. The frame is constructed using a dovetail welding technique, providing higher strength and durability compared to monolithic cast frames.

In addition, the CGE-100 Jaw Crusher features several intelligent functions, such as real-time monitoring of fixed and movable jaw plate thickness, automatic detection and adjustment of discharge opening size, and intelligent control of feed rate. For maintenance, the rear of the frame is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder for easy inspection and hydraulic adjustment of the discharge opening, ensuring the equipment remains in optimal working condition.
