The CJ3540 Jaw Crusher features a symmetrical “V” shaped chamber design, large incline angle of toggle plate, large stroke, and reasonable rotational speed, resulting in larger feed sizes, higher output, more uniform particle size, and reduced wear on the jaws. The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly uses forged heavy eccentric shafts, heavy-duty rolling bearings, and a moving jaw body optimized via finite element analysis, ensuring high impact resistance and stability.
Heavy-duty guard plates are installed above the moving jaw to protect the moving jaw body and its internal bearings from damage. The integral cast steel bearing seat fits the frame snugly, avoiding unnecessary radial loads that might be caused by composite bearing seats, ensuring smoother bearing operation. The integrated motor installation not only saves space but also simplifies belt adjustment, extending their lifespan.
