This stone crushing plant is upgrading into an eco-friendly production line after 6-year using.
Although there are only several sets of mining equipment adopted in this production line the capacity can reach 300 ton per hour. It mainly lies in Dingli’s PCZ 1512 heavy hammer crusher with the hourly capacity of 320 ton.
All the equipment has been equipped with dust-proof facility and observation device so as to timely observe the abnormal situation and make adjustment.
The CJ771 Jaw Crusher features a feed opening of 1500 x 1800 mm, discharge range of 150 - 350 mm, and a capacity of 600 - 1800 tons per hour, powered by a 315 - 400 kW motor. The CJ771 Jaw Crusher excels with its solid construction, superior chamber design, and durable moving jaw assembly, performing admirably in multiple sectors such as mining, smelting, building materials, and others.
The CJ771 Jaw Crusher features a symmetrical “V” shaped chamber design, large incline angle of toggle plate, large stroke, and reasonable rotational speed, resulting in larger feed sizes, higher output, more uniform particle size, and reduced wear on the jaws. The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly uses forged heavy eccentric shafts, heavy-duty rolling bearings, and a moving jaw body optimized via finite element analysis, ensuring high impact resistance and stability.
The CJ771 Jaw Crusher uses mechanical or hydraulic discharge adjustment mechanisms. The double wedge block adjustment system is simpler, safer, and faster compared to shim adjustment, saving downtime. Specialized rubber dampening devices secure the crusher, effectively absorbing vibration peaks while allowing vertical and longitudinal displacement, thereby reducing the impact on the foundation.
