The labyrinth seal and centralized lubrication system ensure that the bearing grease is not contaminated and lubrication is more convenient, making its operational time longer and more stable.
The CJ5492 Jaw Crusher uses mechanical or hydraulic discharge adjustment mechanisms. The double wedge block adjustment system is simpler, safer, and faster compared to shim adjustment, saving downtime. Specialized rubber dampening devices secure the crusher, effectively absorbing vibration peaks while allowing vertical and longitudinal displacement, thereby reducing the impact on the foundation.
