HD86 (69) German Version Jaw Crusher

The HD86 (69) German Version Jaw Crusher is a high-performance unit, allowing a maximum feed size of 500mm, with a processing capacity of 85-275 tons per hour. Its discharge opening adjustment range is 50-150mm, powered by an 8-pole 75kW motor, and the dimensions are 1722mm x 1943mm x 1810mm. This equipment is highly efficient and stable, suitable for coarse crushing of various hardness materials. Key advantages include:

  • Specialized Jaw Plate Design: The jaw plate’s tooth form is optimized by mechanical structure, and a segmented curved jaw plate is adopted.
  • Portable Adjustment: The discharge port can be conveniently adjusted, and the machine is equipped with an overload protection device. When overloaded, the high-strength steel liner bends without breaking, protecting the machine; the wedge-type discharge port is equipped with a hydraulic device, making adjustments portable.
  • Low Downtime: The toggle plate and the moving jaw have lateral anti-bias function, ensuring smooth operation of the machine and reducing downtime.
