The PEV750×1060 Jaw Crusher is a robust and efficient solution for primary crushing applications. With a feed opening dimension of 750×1060 mm, this model is designed to handle materials up to 600 mm wide and 750 mm deep. The crushing capacity ranges from 105 to 155 tons per hour, making it ideal for operations requiring high throughput. Equipped with a powerful 110 kW motor, the PEV750×1060 is capable of processing a wide variety of materials, from river pebbles to hard ores.
Working Principle: The motor drives the main pulley through V-belts, which in turn drives the eccentric shaft, causing the moving jaw to perform a cyclical motion that crushes the material within the chamber. The crushed material is then discharged by gravity through the discharge opening.
