After conducting measure for many times we have designed a reasonable and compact production line; besides we reduced customers’ costs and ensured their output by replacing traditional jaw crusher and impact crusher with hammer crusher.
This 1,000 tons of aggregate production line was put into operation in September 2018, using DLPCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, DLPC1220 plastic hammer crusher, DL3YKZ3070 vibrating screen and other sets of mine production equipment, the introduction of a complete set of mine intelligent management system.
The PEV950×1250 Jaw Crusher is designed for high-volume primary crushing applications. Its large feed opening of 950×1250 mm enables it to handle materials up to 760 mm in size, with a capacity range of 320 to 1270 tons per hour. The unit is powered by a 160 kW motor.

Working Principle:The electric motor drives the main pulley and eccentric shaft through V-belts, causing the movable jaw to reciprocate, thus crushing the material. The crushed product is then released through the discharge port.
