The reversible hammer sand making machine is a single rotor hammer crusher with a rotor that can rotate in both directions. Zhongyu Dingli has developed the DLKZS series reversible hammer sand making machine, which combines the performance advantages of two types of equipment, the reversible hammer crusher and the double rotor sand making machine, and combines market and customer needs to continuously innovate and improve the stability, convenient maintenance, and intelligence of the product. It can be used for sand making and aggregate production, as well as for crushing hard rock materials such as granite and pebbles.
The Zhongyu Dingli DLKZS reversible hammer sand making machine equipment consists of a feed inlet, an upper observation door, an upper shell, a hammer shaft hole cover, a rotor combination, a hydraulic opening combination, a lower shell, an adjustable grate frame combination, and other components.
The DLKZS series reversible hammer sand making machine adopts a large rotor, small hammer head, and low speed. The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate through belt transmission, and the rotation of the rotor in turn drives the hammer head on the rotor to rotate at high speed. Adding uneven adjustment counterattack plates on both sides of the rotor provides strong and efficient impact, allowing the material to be instantly crushed under the combined action of high-speed spiral rotating hammerhead and counterattack, resulting in high crushing fineness. The material is discharged after multiple impacts, forming particles with a particle size smaller than the gap between the grid plate and the grid seam.
