Production Line Workflow

The materials are uniformly fed into the A3 jaw crusher for coarse crushing processing through the A2 vibrating feeder in the A1 silo. The discharged materials are sent to the A4 cone crusher for intermediate crushing processing through the B2 belt conveyor. The discharged materials are then sent to the A5 impact crusher for fine crushing processing through the B3 belt conveyor. The fine crushed stone materials are sent to the A6 three-layer circular vibrating screen for stone screening through the B4 belt conveyor, which can obtain 0-5mm stone materials, 5-10mm stone materials, 10-20mm stone materials, and stone materials larger than 20mm. Stone materials larger than 20mm are returned to the A5 impact crusher for secondary fine crushing through the B5 belt conveyor; 0-5mm stone, 5-10mm stone, and 10-20mm stone are respectively fed into the corresponding silos through belt conveyor equipment.

Features of This Production Line Design

This production line adopts a jaw crusher for coarse crushing, a cone crusher for medium crushing, and an impact crusher for fine crushing. The crushing efficiency is high, the discharge particle size is adjustable, and the produced stones have uniform particle size, good particle shape, small footprint, and can greatly reduce the length of the belt conveyor, significantly reducing the overall operating cost. It can be widely used in new stone factories.
