The DLHCS1523 can achieve an output of 500 t/h. It is an equipment option with a relatively low purchase cost, where a single unit can drive an entire production line. However, the drawback is that the entire production line halts during maintenance.

An alternative is a parallel configuration, such as selecting two PF-1315 impact crushers. This allows major overhauls to be performed alternately, preventing complete production shutdown. The disadvantage of this dual-unit scheme is that it significantly increases the costs and workload for civil works, installation, electrical control, and maintenance.
