1. Bearing maintenance. In production, bearing parts are easy to break with crushing, milling. Thus, we should have regular maintenance of adding lubrication oil to extent its service life.

2. Lubrication system maintenance. We should regular check wear condition and lubricate them to ensure ordinary operation and lone service life. Specific maintenance measures are as follows: you should change the lubrication oil with 50-70% each month. And in changing oil, you should clean spindle with gas oil or coal oil. As bracket connected with bracket base, you should add lubrication oil before opening.

3. Daily maintenance. In maintenance, we should properly handle the relationship of repair, maintenance and operation to ensure crusher has fine performance, long service life, and short machine stopping time.

Crusher plays a crucial role in production line. With huge wear and gravity power, we should have regular maintenance for normal production, continuous operation. In winter, with dry and cold weather, we also should maintenance, check, and clean them.
