Working principle

By driving belt and pulley, the engine makes swing jaw up and down through the eccentric spindle. The angle between toggle plate and swing jaw becomes larger with ascending of the latter, thereby pushing swing jaw to approach to the fixed jaw; meanwhile, the material is being crushed or split. With mobile jaw descending, the mentioned angle becomes smaller and the swing jaw leaves fixed jaw under the action of spring; at this time, the crushed material is discharged from the exit below crushing cavity.
