*Note: The processing capacity of the CC1680 cone crusher may vary with different materials and feeding sizes.
Although there are only several sets of mining equipment adopted in this production line the capacity can reach 300 ton per hour. It mainly lies in Dingli’s PCZ 1512 heavy hammer crusher with the hourly capacity of 320 ton.

This small gravel aggregates production line built by Dingli has reached our expected hourly capacity.

The CC1680 cone crusher is a high-performance and versatile piece of equipment in the crushing industry, designed to meet a wide range of industrial needs with its outstanding features and capabilities.
The CC1680 is equipped with four distinct cavity types, namely C, M, F, and EF. Each cavity type has its own specific maximum feed size, allowing it to handle various raw materials of different dimensions. The C cavity can accommodate materials with a maximum feed size of 267mm, making it suitable for processing relatively large chunks of input. The M cavity is designed for a maximum feed size of 203mm, while the F cavity can handle materials up to 140mm in size. The EF cavity, on the other hand, is optimized for inputs with a maximum size of 95mm. This diversity in cavity options enables the crusher to adapt to different feedstock conditions, providing flexibility in multiple production scenarios where the incoming materials may vary in size.
One of the key features of the CC1680 is its precise control over the discharge size. The minimum discharge size varies among the different cavity types. In the C cavity, the minimum discharge size is 22mm. For the M cavity, it is 16mm, enabling a finer output compared to the C cavity. The F cavity has a minimum discharge size of 13mm, and the EF cavity can achieve an even smaller minimum discharge size of 10mm. This precise control empowers operators to produce crushed materials with specific particle sizes, which is crucial in many industries such as construction, where the quality and consistency of aggregates in terms of particle size are essential for the production of high-quality concrete and other building materials.
The CC1680 is powered by a motor with a power range of 250 - 300kw, ensuring sufficient power to drive the crushing process effectively. Regarding the crushing capacity, it varies depending on the cavity type and the closed side discharge opening size. For example, in the C cavity, when the closed side discharge opening is at a certain size where the crushing capacity starts to be measurable, it begins at a value corresponding to 330t/h (at an appropriate opening size), and as the opening gets larger, the capacity increases, reaching up to 725t/h at larger sizes. In the M cavity, starting from a 16mm minimum discharge size, the capacity commences at 230t/h and changes accordingly with different discharge opening sizes. Similar variations in crushing capacity can be observed for the F and EF cavities based on their respective discharge opening sizes. This variability in crushing capacity makes the CC1680 adaptable to different production demands, whether it's for medium to large-scale operations in various industries.
In summary, the CC1680 cone crusher, with its multiple cavity types, precise discharge size control, and variable crushing capacities, plays a significant role in facilitating efficient and high-quality material crushing processes across a wide range of industries.
