For the C cavity, it can handle a maximum feed size of 95mm, while the M cavity is designed to accommodate materials with a maximum size of 72mm. This variation in feed size capabilities allows the crusher to adapt to different input materials, depending on the stage of processing or the nature of the raw materials being used.
Precision in discharge size control is another key aspect of the CC600 cone crusher. The minimum discharge size varies between the cavity types. In the C cavity, the minimum discharge size is 10mm, whereas in the M cavity, it can be as small as 6mm. This enables operators to have fine control over the final product size, which is crucial in industries where specific particle sizes are required for further processing or end-use applications, such as in the production of construction aggregates or industrial minerals.
The CC600 is powered by a motor with a power range of 37 - 45kw. This provides the necessary energy to drive the crushing process effectively. When it comes to the crushing capacity, it varies depending on the cavity type and the closed side discharge opening size. For example, in the C cavity, with a closed side discharge opening of 6mm, the crushing capacity is 18t/h. As the discharge opening increases to 10mm, the capacity goes up to 20t/h, and so on, reaching up to 76t/h at certain larger discharge openings. Similarly, in the M cavity, different discharge openings result in different capacities within a specific range as well. This range of crushing capacities makes the CC600 versatile enough to handle different production volumes and meet the demands of various industrial operations.
