At the production site it is seen two sets of crusher are configured in this production line respectively for primary crushing and secondary crushing in order to obtain the finally finished material.
The CSD75 crusher operates based on a precise mechanical process. When the crusher is in action, the power ranging from 6 - 75kW drives the internal components. The feed material enters through the feed opening with different sizes, such as 13mm (closed side) and 41mm (open side) for one configuration, or other combinations like 33mm (closed) and 60mm (open), and 51mm (closed) and 76mm (open).
Inside the crusher, a mantle rotates eccentrically within a concave bowl. As the mantle moves, it creates a crushing action. The distance between the mantle and the bowl determines the size of the discharge material. The adjustable discharge port, which can be set between 3 - 13mm, 3 - 16mm, or other specified ranges, allows for precise control of the output particle size.
The crushing force is generated by the eccentric rotation and the spring - loaded system. The springs help maintain proper pressure and also act as a safety mechanism. If an uncrushable object like a large piece of metal enters, the springs can absorb the excess force and protect the internal parts from damage.
The material is continuously crushed and reduced in size as it moves down the crushing chamber. The rotation speed and the power input work in harmony to ensure an efficient crushing process. The CSD75 is designed to handle a variety of materials, from softer ones to relatively hard substances. The different feed and discharge port sizes, along with the variable power, make it adaptable to different crushing requirements, enabling it to achieve a production capacity ranging from 27 - 90 tons/hour, 27 - 100 tons/hour, or 65 - 140 tons/hour depending on the specific configuration.
