It is seen at the production site that the stone with large diameter is entering into the crusher through the feed opening. As for the material with the particle size not exceeding 1.6m we adopt the crusher with large hourly capacity.
The particle size of discharge can be adjusted according to the customer requirements. This production line has relatively large capacity.

For instance, the F cavity with a maximum feed size of 236 mm and a discharge opening adjustment range of 19 - 38 mm is designed to handle relatively smaller materials compared to the other cavities while still achieving a significant reduction in size. On the other hand, the EC cavity with a maximum feed size of 391 mm and a discharge opening adjustment range of 38 - 64 mm is engineered to take on larger chunks of materials and break them down into more manageable sizes for further processing. The adjustable discharge opening in each cavity allows for precise control over the final product size, enabling the crusher to meet the specific requirements of different applications.
