I. Working Principle

The B - SMS4000 crusher adopts advanced hydraulic cone crushing technology. Its core is that the motor drives and transmits power to the internal eccentric sleeve, which in turn drives the crushing cone to swing. When materials enter the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, the crushing cone squeezes and grinds the materials under the precise control of the hydraulic system.

This squeezing and grinding action is achieved through the relative movement between the crushing cone and the bowl liner. The materials in the crushing chamber will be subjected to repeated crushing forces multiple times, gradually breaking large pieces into small pieces. The hydraulic system plays a crucial role in this process. It not only can provide stable power for the crushing cone but also can automatically adjust the swing amplitude and frequency of the crushing cone according to the hardness and feed amount of the materials.

For example, when encountering high - hardness materials, the hydraulic system will increase the crushing force of the crushing cone to ensure that the materials can be effectively crushed.
