Regularly check whether the anchor bolts of the equipment foundation are loose to ensure that the equipment does not displace due to vibration during operation. This is the foundation for ensuring the stable operation of the equipment. Meanwhile, due to the large weight of the equipment itself, the bearing components such as bearings and frames are under great pressure. During daily maintenance, special attention should be paid to checking whether these components are worn, deformed, etc. For bearings, high - quality grease should be regularly replenished to ensure their good lubrication state, reduce the friction coefficient, minimize wear, and extend the service life.
The power range of this crusher is 200 - 355 kW (275 - 475 hp). The powerful power output depends on a stable electrical system. Regularly check whether the motor wiring is firm, and whether there is looseness, oxidation, etc., to avoid motor overheating or even burnout caused by poor contact. At the same time, monitor whether the operating current and voltage of the motor are within the normal range. If the current is too high, it may mean that the equipment is overloaded. It is necessary to check whether there are foreign objects stuck in the crushing chamber or whether the feeding is uniform. Regularly check the wear of the liner at the feed inlet during daily operations. If the liner is severely worn, it will cause uneven distribution of materials when entering the crushing chamber, affecting the crushing effect and may even damage other components of the crusher. Once it is found that the liner wear exceeds the specified limit, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The crushing chamber is the core area for material crushing. The moving cone and fixed cone liners inside are also key maintenance points. Regularly check the wear degree of the liners, adjust the eccentricity according to the wear situation, and ensure the effective working space and crushing effect of the crushing chamber. When the liners are worn to a certain extent and can no longer ensure the particle size requirements of the product, new liners need to be replaced in a timely manner.
The GP500S has a variety of optional eccentricities, including 18, 25, 28, 32, 36, 40 mm (11/16, 1, 1 7/64, 1 ¼, 1 13/32, 1 9/16"). When adjusting the eccentricity, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures. Before adjustment, ensure that the equipment is shut down and powered off, and use professional tools for precise adjustment. After adjustment, check whether the eccentric sleeve is firmly installed and whether all connection parts are tight. At the same time, after each eccentricity adjustment, closely observe the operation of the equipment, monitor parameters such as the vibration and noise of the crusher to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. In addition, frequent adjustment of the eccentricity may cause wear of related components. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably determine the adjustment frequency of the eccentricity according to actual production needs.
