Before commissioning the HPC-220 cone crusher, it is necessary to comprehensively check the mechanical components, lubrication and cooling systems, and electrical systems of the equipment to ensure that there are no loose parts, foreign objects, leaks, etc., and that the motor wiring is correct, the insulation is good, and all meters and controllers can work normally.
Start the motor and let the equipment run for 2 - 3 hours. Observe its running sound and vibration conditions, and check whether the lubrication and cooling systems are normal and whether the oil temperature, oil pressure, water temperature, and water pressure are stable within the appropriate range, and whether there are abnormal fluctuations in current and voltage.
At the initial stage of load commissioning, first add a small amount of materials that meet the equipment feed opening size (225mm for type C and 86mm for type F) at a low feed speed. At the same time, pay attention to the operating state of the equipment and the product particle size. According to the product requirements (the minimum discharge opening of type C is 13mm and that of type F is 6mm), adjust the discharge opening size through a hydraulic adjustment device, etc., and then gradually increase the feed amount to full load (150 - 430t/h for type C and 90 - 260t/h for type F) and run stably for 4 - 6 hours to ensure that the production efficiency, product quality, and energy consumption of the equipment under full load are all normal. If any abnormality occurs, the equipment should be shut down immediately for troubleshooting and resolution.
