The HPC-315 cone crusher occupies a place in the crushing field with its powerful performance. It is equipped with two chamber types, C and F. The feed opening of the C chamber is 290mm, and that of the F chamber is 100mm. The discharge opening of the C type is 13mm at the minimum, and that of the F type is 6mm. The processing capacity of the C chamber is 190 - 610t/h, and that of the F chamber is 108 - 320t/h. The motor power is 315KW, the main unit weight is 26t, and the movable cone diameter is 1400mm. However, to maintain its efficient and stable operation, it is crucial to understand the maintenance points and wear parts.
Regular comprehensive inspection of the equipment is the key. First, for the appearance inspection, check whether the connections of all parts of the equipment are tight and whether there are any signs of looseness, especially the connection bolts between the crusher body and the base, and the connection parts between the movable cone and the eccentric sleeve. Any looseness may lead to unstable operation or even failure of the equipment. At the same time, check whether the protective devices of all transmission parts are intact to avoid damage caused by foreign objects entering.
For the lubrication system, pay attention to the oil quality and quantity of the lubricating oil. Regularly take oil samples for testing. If the oil quality is found to be turbid and there are too many impurities, it should be replaced in time to prevent increased wear. Check the working pressure and flow rate of the lubricating oil pump to ensure that each lubrication point can be adequately lubricated and prevent component overheating, wear, and even seizure due to poor lubrication.
The liner is one of the main wear parts of the HPC-315 cone crusher, which directly contacts the material and bears huge impact and friction forces. The wear conditions of the liners in the C and F chambers vary depending on the feed particle size and the characteristics of the processed material. When the liner is worn to a certain extent, it will affect the crushing effect and product particle size. Generally, the wear condition of the liner is judged by measuring its thickness. When the thickness is close to or lower than the minimum value specified by the equipment, it should be replaced in time. When replacing the liner, ensure that the new liner is installed firmly and closely fits the crushing chamber to avoid gaps that cause material jamming.
These two parts also bear high workload pressure during the crushing process and are prone to wear. Regularly check the wear marks and wear degree on their surfaces. Once severe wear, deformation, or rupture occurs, they need to be replaced. When installing the mantle and concave, pay attention to their installation sequence and fitting accuracy to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The normal operation of the bearings is crucial for the stability of the equipment. Due to long-term bearing of radial and axial loads, the bearings are prone to problems such as fatigue wear and overheating damage. Pay attention to listening to the sound of the bearings during operation. If abnormal noise occurs, it may be a signal of bearing damage. At the same time, regularly check the clearance and temperature of the bearings. If the clearance is too large or the temperature is too high, it needs to be handled or the bearings need to be replaced in time.
