The HSC100 single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is an optimized and high-performance crusher with a single-cylinder structure. Firstly, with a reasonable eccentric amount, swing frequency, and a special crushing cavity design, this crusher achieves a larger crushing ratio, higher output, and better particle shape. When the HSC100 single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is working, the electric motor drives the horizontal transmission shaft to rotate through a V-belt. Then, the horizontal transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via bevel gears. Under the urging of the eccentric sleeve, the movable cone part makes a gyratory motion. Once the materials enter the crushing cavity, they are continuously impacted and squeezed between the crushing wall and the concave, and thus get crushed. After being crushed, the materials are discharged from the lower part.
It has five cavity types, namely S1, S2, H1, H2, and H3. Each cavity type is designed to handle different feed sizes and produce specific output particle sizes, catering to diverse production needs.
For the S1 cavity, the maximum feed size is 240 mm and the minimum discharge opening is 22 mm. For the S2 cavity, the maximum feed size is 200 mm and the minimum discharge opening is 19 mm. The H1 cavity has a maximum feed size of 135 mm and a minimum discharge opening of 10 mm. The H2 cavity features a maximum feed size of 65 mm and a minimum discharge opening of 8 mm. And for the H3 cavity, the maximum feed size is 35 mm and the minimum discharge opening is 4 mm.
The processing capacity varies among different cavity types. The S1 cavity has a processing capacity ranging from 85 - 170 t/h. The S2 cavity can process 70 - 130 t/h. The H1 cavity's processing capacity is 45 - 115 t/h. The H2 cavity can handle 35 - 80 t/h. And the H3 cavity has a processing capacity of 27 - 60 t/h.
Powered by a 90 kW motor, the HSC100 has sufficient power to drive the crushing process. Its machine dimension is 1550×1575×2545 mm, which indicates its physical size and helps in planning the installation space in the production site.
