The two production lines can be independent to meet the production needs of off-peak season. The screening and powder selection links adopt highly compact building design to reduce the floor area. The sand washing link has water recycling design to reduce the waste of water resources and reduce the production cost.
It belongs to the medium-sized cone crusher. Its crushing chamber design makes it suitable for medium and fine crushing operations. The feed size generally does not exceed 60mm, and the discharge size is between 5 - 20mm. It can crush materials into medium-fine finished products and is widely used in the medium and fine crushing of materials with medium and above hardness such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, and cobblestone.
For example, the PYB type cone crusher is a standard type, suitable for medium crushing. Taking PYB900 as an example, the feed size can reach 115mm, and the discharge opening width is 15 - 50mm. The PYD type is a short-head type cone crusher, suitable for fine crushing. Taking PYD900 as an example, the feed size is 50mm, and the discharge opening width is 3 - 13mm, which can produce finer products.
The hourly output is 20 - 65 tons, with a medium production capacity, and it can play a good role in medium-sized production lines.
Different models of cone crushers have significant differences in production capacity. For example, the output of PYB900 is 50 - 90t/h, and the output of PYD900 is 15 - 50t/h. Large models of cone crushers such as PYB2200 can reach an output of 590 - 1000t/h, which can meet the needs of large-scale production. Small models of cone crushers have relatively low output.
It adopts a cast steel structure with good rigidity and high body strength. Reinforcing ribs are provided in key parts to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment in medium and fine crushing operations. The design and material selection of wear parts such as the crushing wall and the concave are fully considered for the wear of the equipment caused by materials in medium and fine crushing operations and have good wear resistance.
Large cone crushers such as PYB2200, due to their large processing capacity, have a more massive structure and require stronger power and a more solid frame to support. Small cone crushers have a relatively simple structure, which is convenient for installation and movement and is suitable for small mines or construction sites.

When uncrushable objects such as iron blocks enter the machine body, the spring safety device allows the metal foreign objects to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the machine, avoiding damage to the equipment caused by overload crushing. Some new models of cone crushers such as single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers adopt hydraulic adjustment and protection devices, which have a higher degree of automation and more accurate adjustment functions. Through the hydraulic system, the size of the discharge opening can be adjusted quickly and accurately, and the equipment can be automatically protected in case of overload. Due to its moderate output and particle size range, it is often used in medium-sized mines and sand and gravel plants as a secondary or tertiary crushing device. It is used in conjunction with coarse crushing equipment such as jaw crushers to form a complete ore crushing production line, gradually crushing the ore into the required particle size.
The PYB type cone crusher is often used as a medium crushing device in combination with a jaw crusher for medium crushing after coarse crushing in large-scale mines. The PYD type cone crusher is more suitable as a fine crushing device for sand production lines with high requirements for finished product particle size. Large cone crushers are mainly used in large-scale production in large mines and stone plants. Small cone crushers are suitable for places with low output requirements such as small projects and temporary construction sites.
