I. Cavity Types and Their Characteristics

The SCS400 is equipped with five distinct cavity types, namely EC, C, M, F, and EF. Each cavity type has its own unique features regarding the discharge opening range and minimum discharge opening size, which are essential for determining the crusher's adaptability to different materials and desired output sizes.

For the EC cavity, it has a discharge opening range of 275 mm and a minimum discharge opening size varying from 16 to 51 mm. This allows it to handle relatively large feed materials while providing flexibility in achieving the appropriate particle size for the final output. The C cavity, with a discharge opening range of 225 mm and a minimum discharge opening size also from 16 to 51 mm, offers consistent and efficient crushing performance for a variety of applications.

The M cavity features a discharge opening range of 135 mm and a minimum discharge opening size between 16 and 38 mm. It is particularly suitable for scenarios where a finer crushing result is needed to meet specific production requirements. The F cavity, having a discharge opening range of 85 mm and a minimum discharge opening size of 13 to 38 mm, is designed to produce even more refined crushed materials.

Lastly, the EF cavity comes with a discharge opening range of 65 mm and a minimum discharge opening size ranging from 13 to 22 mm. This cavity type is optimized for achieving the finest possible output, making it ideal for applications that demand strict control over the particle size of the crushed materials.

II. Processing Capacity

The processing capacity of the SCS400 varies depending on the selected cavity type. The EC cavity can handle a processing capacity within the range of 177 to 511 tons per hour, enabling it to cope with high-volume production demands effectively. The C cavity has a processing capacity ranging from 171 to 353 tons per hour, providing a reliable output for different industrial operations.

The M cavity is capable of processing materials at a rate between 197 and 403 tons per hour, while the F cavity can manage a processing capacity within the range of 195 to 323 tons per hour. The EF cavity, with a processing capacity of 211 to 290 tons per hour, offers a more precise output for specific tasks that require a lower throughput but higher precision in particle size.

III. Power and Weight Specifications

The SCS400 is powered by a motor with a maximum installed power of 315 kw. This substantial power supply ensures that the crusher can operate smoothly and efficiently, even when dealing with tough and bulky materials. In terms of weight, excluding the motor, the crusher weighs 30 tons.
