This stone production line designed and configured by Xinxiang Dingli is featured by energy saving environmental protection and large scale.
The main equipment in 300tph aggregates production line in Liping Kaili Guizhou is PCZ1512 heavy hammer crusher vibrating feeder 3YK1860 upper vibrating screen*2. Though we have less equipment it has high finished materials quality.
Investment advantage: heavy hammer crusher replaces the traditional combination of jaw crusher and impact crusher. It is thus featured by small investment and fast recovery of cost.
The XGP200S starts with material entering through the feed opening. The A cavity's 340mm opening allows much material in. As it enters, the interior structure guides it to the crushing zone. This stage is calibrated for smooth material flow to avoid blockages.
In the crushing zone, the XGP200S uses mechanical force and the crushing chamber's shape. The crushing action combines compression and impact. The crusher's rotating parts break the material into smaller pieces. The B cavity (250mm feed opening) follows the same mechanics but is optimized for different material sizes and flow rates.
During crushing, the hydraulic system is vital. It adjusts key component positions to maintain optimal crushing pressure. The lubrication system works with the hydraulic system to reduce friction between moving parts, increasing component lifespan and ensuring smooth operation.
With 160 - 200kw motor power and a host weight of about 13400kg, the XGP200S can produce 160 - 610t/h. It's widely used in mining, concrete production, and dry - mortar production for crushing materials like granite and limestone.
