The C96 Jaw Crusher is a versatile crushing machine well-equipped to serve in both stationary and mobile applications, whether on the ground or underground. Typically used as a primary crusher, the C96 can also be utilized in later stages of the size reduction process.

Wide-Ranging C96 Jaw Crusher

The C96 Jaw Crusher is a compact primary crusher designed to perform for a long time. It is built to be reliable and simple to operate. Assembled from conveniently sized pieces, the crusher is easily dismantled for transport and can be reassembled when needed.

This jaw crusher shares many of the same features as other jaw crusher models in the C Series. The crusher height provides a steep cavity cross-section, and the nip angle high up in the cavity, combined with an aggressive well-aligned stroke at the bottom, ensure high throughput capacity and reduction.

Safe to Operate and Maintain

Thanks to convenient features and special tools, the C96 crusher is simple and quick to maintain.

Protection plates behind the jaw dies and replaceable toe wedges are standard features. Composite guards are lighter and more durable, making them faster and easier to handle. In addition, lifting tools for jaw dies, cheek plates, and the toggle plate are also part of the standard scope for the C96.

Controlling Uncrushable Objects

The Active Setting Control (ASC) system is an optional accessory for the C96 Jaw Crusher. This advanced system automatically adjusts the crusher settings so that uncrushable objects exit the cavity before causing blockages or inefficiencies. Active Setting Control enables continuous crushing and protects the jaw crusher from extreme overloads.

With Active Setting Control, this jaw crusher is especially well-equipped for applications that might otherwise be challenging for conventional jaw crushers, such as recycling and slag processing.
