This 1,000 tons of aggregate production line was put into operation in September 2018, using DLPCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, DLPC1220 plastic hammer crusher, DL3YKZ3070 vibrating screen and other sets of mine production equipment, the introduction of a complete set of mine intelligent management system.
After many times site inspection material hardness and compressive strength testing and overall recognition of demanding finished material size and output Xinxiang Zhongyu Dingli lastly designed this 1000t/h fine aggregates line.
It’s seen the gravel aggregate production line has large scale which can meet the customer requirement for large capacity. The dust collectors will be configured later for environment protection.
The CPE-600 x 900 Jaw Crusher is a high-capacity and efficient model in the CPE Series Smart Jaw Crushers, designed for primary crushing in large operations.
