This crusher incorporates advanced technologies from Metso's C series and Sandvik's JM(CJ) series jaw crushers, combined with domestic practicalities, using advanced computer technology to ensure outstanding performance and reliability.
The GC80 European Type Jaw Crusher has a 30% higher output compared to traditional PE jaw crushers, thanks to its advanced mainframe vibration reduction system, which ensures smoother operation and lower noise levels. It has a feed size of 850 x 510mm, a speed of 350rpm, and a power of 75kW. The output at different closed-side settings (CSS) is as follows: 40mm (55 - 75t/h), 60mm (80 - 110t/h), 80mm (110 - 150t/h), 100mm (140 - 190t/h), 125mm (175 - 245t/h), 150mm (210 - 290t/h), 175mm (245 - 335t/h). The weight of the unit is 7.67 tons.
