1. Raw material: we select domestic superior-quality steel as the main raw material for crusher. The spindle uses 42CrMo material, of which the service life is 4 times longer than traditional spindle; hammers use thermal double metal & high chromium alloy wear-resistant material; liner is made from manganese steel, because of its good ductility, toughness and hardening ability. In addition, all the key components are wear-protected and are handled according to strict special processes to ensure durability.

2. Design: we focus on the design of crusher appearance and structure. The snail shell, rotor and hammer structure of hammer crusher have obtained national utility model patents. Different from the traditional model, the new hammer crusher is not installed with grate, which not only increases the throughput per unit time, but also effectively reduces the material clogging phenomenon. Users can adjust the gap between the hammer and the liner, to easily control the particle size.

3. Production: the workshop is equipped with gantry milling, presses and other modern machinery and equipment processing. The crusher base as a whole gantry is processed on the milling plane, to ensure the position of the spindle and the bearing base is absolutely heart-shaped; Zhongyu Dingli sets up a special QC and Technology Department to oversee product quality and improve processing technology. In addition, the company has invested 190 million yuan for building a new type of intelligent production workshop, scheduled to be officially put into operation in December 2017. At that time, the annual production of crushers will exceed 500 sets.

4. After sales: crusher belongs to large-scale mining equipment, installation requires professional and on-site guidance, and even the best quality equipment will inevitably fail in production. If not timely maintained, it will affect the entire production progress, causing considerable economic losses. In view of this, in addition to providing free installation and commissioning, we have established 15 branches in the customer-intensive provinces in order to respond customers at the first time, truly guaranteeing customers after-sale interest.
