The construction of “the Belt and Road” involves a wide range of China, Central Asia and other regions, including land, and sea two systems of the Silk Road. The international railway projects can promote China to go out faster, while the demand for aggregate increases abruptly. As a professional supplier of the gravel aggregate production equipment, Dingli has constructed a number of fine grave aggregates production lines so as to provide fine stone for international railway projects, including China-Laos railway project (Yuxi - Mohan – Vientiane).

Gravel Aggregates Production Line in Ning’er Section

Ning'er section is part of the China-Laos railway project; in the vicinity of this railway we have built a total of three gravel aggregate production lines. In addition to the completed aggregate production line, another two are in tense Installation. By adopting PCZ1615, Dingli’s star product crusher, the production capacity can reach 600-800 tons per hour, far more than the scheduled output, supplying sufficient aggregates demanded for the construction of the railway.

Gravel Aggregates Production Line in Mojiang and E’shan Section

The two gravel production lines of Mojiang and E’shan section respectively produce 100-160 ton and 200 ton gravel per hour, which can provide abundant high-quality aggregates for nearby railway construction. By utilizing modular construction method uniquely designed by Dingli, the project proceeds smoothly with half of traditional construction period.

Gravel Aggregates Production Line in Pu’er Section

The aggregates production line in Pu'er section produces 400-500 ton gravel per hour. The entire line is constructed by our company. By residing on the construction site of production line, our technical engineers are ready to solve the electrical, equipment installation, commissioning and other issues, so as to ensure that the production line operates in accordance with the standard production process. Currently the production line is under stable operation and the grain shape of produced aggregates is far beyond the requirements of railway construction materials.

Gravel Aggregates Production Line in Jinghong Section

Relying on local rock resources, the gravel aggregate production line is constructed for direct supply of fine gravel aggregates to nearby railway construction, which saves a lot of transport cost. After completion of the construction, Dingli continues to provide improved after-sales service and has won unanimous praise from the customers.

With growing construction of international infrastructure projects, it sets higher requirements for the quality of gravel aggregate equipment and after-sale service of the production.
