Project Overview

Located in Tangzhuang Town, Weihui City, such crushing plant belongs to Wei Hui Natural Resources Co., Ltd. It  is built for production and sales of stone aggregates through integration of surrounding limestone resources. The project covers an area of ​​144,000 square meters with a total investment of 230 million yuan. The construction was started by Zhongyu Dingli in October 2016 and completed within 6 months.

This limestone crushing plant is configured with PCZ2125 heavy-duty hammer crusher as primary crusher; 36  sets of light vibrating screens which are featured by light weight, low energy consumption, large capacity  and stable operation; 9 finished product silos, 1 warehouse for material transfer and 2 finished product  silos with the total storage capacity of 162000 tons. The particle shape, size, grading and stone powder  content is adjustable and controllable. The crushed stone include 10-20mm, 20-30mm, 5 -10mm fine stone and  powder.

Environmental Protection Measures

The entire crushing plant is equipped with 51 sets of dedicated mine dust collectors, the dust removal  efficiency of which can be up to 98%. Till now, it has attracted many government officials and industry peers  to come for a visit. In addition to the large investment in environmental protection equipment, the  production line has also taken the following measures to reduce pollution and improve the environment:

1. All conveyor belts are totally enclosed to prevent dust spillage and reduce noise;

2. The finished product silos are made of new steel to avoid the dust caused out of open storage;

3. Sprinklers are utilized during the feeding and material loading process so as to suppress dust in  the source and transport process;

4. Through crushing and screening, the abandoned tailings produced by the mining of limestone are used for  roadbed cushioning or processed into cement bricks for sale;

5. Automatically load stone aggregates in the sales process so as to reduce dust pollution;

6. Harden the roads inside and outside the factory; plant trees to form green and environmental protection  barrier for noise and dust reduction.
