"By walking along a winding asphalt road, a few new factory buildings leap into eyes. All the roads in the plant have been hardened, rows of trucks are parking in an orderly manner, vast area of green vegetation are flourishing, occasionally pleasant birds’ song may come into ears” , this is probably people’s sound imagination for the green stone crusher plant. Actually this has been reality for long. Till now Dingli has built many eco-friendly stone crusher plants for the customer across China. In this article, we would like to share relevant industry experience for reference.

1. Stepped mining

Unlike traditional and coarse production mode, step-wise mining is a better choice. Firstly it is necessary to build a road up to the mountain and then carry out mining from the top of the hill to the below in horizontal steps, thus avoiding environmental damage and resource waste.

2. Control dust from the start

In the feeding process, spraying is the main method for dust control. It is mainly taken at three points: a. spray the vehicles which load raw materials; b. carry out spray during the unloading process; c. implement spray when the raw materials are fed by the vibrating feeder to the primary crusher.

3. Close up production line

The production line of stone crusher plant is totally closed. Dust collection equipment and conventional sprinkler facilities can also be adopted for dust control.  Based on our experience, through the said measures, the dust collecting efficiency can be up to 98% or more, which can totally meet the government's stringent environmental requirements.

4. Standardized finished product silos

In order to reduce dust on the site, it is always right to use eco-friendly steel material to establish closed and standardized silos for semi-finished products (transit) and finished materials.

5. Spray vehicles in the end

After the vehicles for transporting finished materials arrive spraying area. During the process, the sewage flow into the desilting pool, and then the clean water obtained through settling basin enter into clear water pool for recycling spray.

6. Improve the environment

In the stone crusher plant, it can greatly improve the environment by hardening the roads, planting green vegetation and adopt specialized sprinkler vehicle for daily dust reduction.

Once the above mentioned measures can be properly implemented, it will not only effectively avoid the dust from the start to the end of the production but also effectively beautify the plant environment so as to achieve environment protection in a real sense.
