I. Description

The Zhongyu Dingli DLGS roller screen is driven by dual motors and has two active shafts. The screen is made of corrosion-resistant, high and low temperature resistant, non-magnetic, and high-strength alloy steel; There are lining plates on both sides of the screen body to prevent material from contacting the box and extend the service life of the box; Configure a variable frequency motor to flexibly adjust the transport speed.

III. Operation Principle

After startup, the sprocket drives the roller shaft to rotate via the chain, with the rotation direction of the roller shaft aligned with the material flow. Soil falls through the gaps between adjacent roller shafts and discs onto the belt conveyor at the bottom of the machine for discharge, while large materials above the roller shafts move to the end of the equipment before being discharged, completing the separation of soil and stones. The gaps between shafts can be customized based on actual requirements.
