DLLXS spiral sand washing machine is an efficient and energy-saving equipment for sand and gravel cleaning. It can remove impurities on the surface of sand and gravel, and dehydrate by breaking the water vapor layer on the surface of sand and gravel, thus achieving efficient sand washing. This device has the characteristics of simple structure, efficient cleaning, and easy operation.

III. Operation Principle

The material falls vertically from the top of the equipment into the water tank of the spiral sand washing machine. Under the rotation of the spiral blades, the material quickly, fully, and uniformly "fuses" with the water. At the same time, the water vapor layer on the surface of the material is also destroyed, causing the soil, fine powder, and other impurities in the material to quickly separate from the sand. Soil, fine powder, and other impurities flow out of the overflow pipe of the equipment with the water flow, while finished materials are pushed from the water to the high discharge outlet by spiral blades.
