Coal gangue is solid waste produced in the process of coal production. Without proper disposal, it will occupy much area and cause pollution to air, farmland and water by emitted sulfide. Coal gangue was utilized to make bricks 5 years ago and such brick-making process is promoted in large scale in recent two or three years. In order to achieve sustainable development, it is irreversible trend to replace clay with coal gangue to make bricks.
