Introduction of Powder Separator Workflow
Gravel production line is mainly for stone and sand production. With the bulk stone being crushed for many times, the stone powder seems inevitable during the production line. Once mixed with powder, the finished sand will affect quality and solidity of the building. In the traditional gravel production line, it usually adopts spiral or bucket sand washing machine to wash off the powder. Such manner is limited by the local water resource; more disappointingly, the stone powder cleared away cannot be recycled for future use. The dry gravel powder separator is favored by the customers by overcoming the disadvantage of traditional manner. Today we’d like to briefly introduce the workflow of sand separator as follows:

The dry sand separator separates the powder by controlling the airspeed of staging area on the basis of hydrodynamic theory. It means the stone powder can be effectively divided into sand and fine powder in the suspended state. The extracted fine powder can be processed for application in the paints, cosmetics and gypsum industries.
Gravel powder separator is widely applied in large and medium gravel production lines together with the pulse bag deduster. With high efficiency, small investment and easy maintenance, it can be used in the cold area or the region lack of water resource.
