With the development of national infrastructure construction and the increasingly demand of gravel aggregates, the gravel production industry gets improved and many people invest this project. Then we should consider place building, crushing production management in investing this project.

I. Place selection

With high production place demand, stone production line should have a better place for larger economic interest.

1.Transportation; almost every industry needs transportation, so does gravel production. As a key problem of transportation, we should choose a convenient place that will be better near gravel market.

2.Terrain safety; the installation place of gravel production line should be safe and stable without fault, landslide, flood, and the bad areas of karst cave, sludge, and furui with more than 200Kn/mz. Also we should avoid building in earthquake areas.

3.Stable electric supporting; as the most important conditions in gravel production line, stable electricity is indispensable for less failure and stable production.

II.Place building

With strict place management, we should design a reasonable production plan with production line by calculating the size and scale of production equipment. Then we should have a hardening treatment by making concrete foundation with installation drawing design.

III.Production line management

1.After installation, we should ensure have enough production workers of general production manager, machine operator, quality checker, machine maintenance technician, and transportation workers. All of these workers should be trained and workers should be more frequent in checking, consulting, and solving problems.

2.We should test machines for discharging material size. And all types of materials should be mixed after having qualified grading. If there are qualified mixtures, you can produce them; otherwise it should be adjusted.

3.After having qualified material, you should test the apparent density, water absorption rates, plate rates, and soil content rates. Then with qualified test results, you can have huge gravel production. In production, there should be specific material providing equipment, and specified storage places for finished materials.
